ARE THESE WATERPROOF?
They're water resistant, not fully waterproof. They'll handle the occasional splash on the fridge no problem, but we don't recommend keeping them outdoors or in the bathroom.
CAN EACH MAGNET IN MY SET BE A DIFFERENT PHOTO?
Yes. You can send all different photos, 1 photo repeated 12 times, or anything in between. Totally up to you.
WHAT IF MY PHOTO IS LOW QUALITY OR BLURRY?
We'll let you know during the proof stage if a photo won't print well. We can suggest a different one or do our best to enhance it. We'd rather slow down a day than send you something you won't love.
WILL THE MAGNETS STICK TO MY FRIDGE?
Yes, they work on any standard steel fridge, magnetic boards, lockers, and most metal surfaces. Some newer stainless steel fridges aren't actually magnetic, so check yours with a regular magnet first if you're not sure.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since these are custom-made just for you, we don't accept returns. But if there's any issue with print quality or your order, message us and we'll make it right. That's a promise.
