Snap Origins produces personalised products after receiving the information and photographs required to fulfil an order.
1. Order Processing
We generally aim to prepare custom orders within 1–2 business days after receiving all information and photographs required for production.
Processing times may be longer during periods of unusually high demand, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
2. Delivery
After an order has been prepared for dispatch, delivery times depend on the destination and the delivery service used.
Our estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided by the customer, additional delivery charges or delays may apply.
4. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

5. Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product.
If an order appears to have been lost during delivery, contact us with your order details so that we can investigate with the relevant delivery provider.
6. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering process or otherwise communicated before the order is completed.
